🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock. Your code is sent before arrival and works from 4 PM on check-in day.

🚗 Free parking for four vehicles in front of the cabin. There is no street parking on Reedmont Way.

🪜 Three levels with stairs between them and no elevator. The king bedroom, kitchen and living room are all on the main floor if stairs are a problem.

🏊 The pool room door has its own keypad and a door alarm. Both stay on during your stay for child safety. The code is in your check-in message.

🏓 The pickleball and basketball courts are a short walk away. Free to use, open daylight hours, first come first served.

🛣️ Paved roads all the way in, no steep mountain climbs. A standard car is fine in most weather.

🧹 On the way out: run the dishwasher, cover the hot tub, put trash in the bear-proof cans, check for your belongings.

🚧 The cabin sits in a new development. You may hear construction equipment on weekdays. Nights and weekends are quiet.

📹 There is an exterior camera at the front door covering the entry and driveway. There are no cameras anywhere inside the cabin.

🏊 The pool is indoor, heated and 4 ft deep throughout, built for splashing rather than lap swimming. Keep the pool room deck doors shut so the water holds its temperature.

🏓 Bring your own paddles and balls for the community courts. We do not supply equipment.

🧻 Starter pack only: one toilet roll per bathroom, a small supply of soap and shampoo, one paper towel roll, dish soap and two trash bags. Bring more for longer stays.

🐻 Black bears live here. Trash goes in the bear-proof cans with the lids shut, and nothing is left on the decks overnight.

🐞 Ladybugs turn up on the windows when the weather turns. They are harmless and the cabin is treated regularly.

🔇 Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM.
