The open-concept design encompasses a living room and dining area, equipped with a table that comfortably accommodates six people. The living area is enhanced by a plush couch and an armchair, complemented by a fireplace, while the sofa conveniently transforms into a bed at night, allowing for an additional two guests. This space also offers a charming environment to enjoy the gas fireplace, a 42” flat screen television, and access to the private deck, which provides views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the building’s second floor. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
This fully renovated one-bedroom condo features a master bedroom suite furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, having received a 5-star rating from guests. It serves as an ideal retreat for relaxation after an exciting day in Winter Park, complete with an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks.
Situated in the second cul-de-sac of the property, guests can easily access the Clubhouse with just a short walk, while the free town shuttle stops are conveniently located just a few steps away.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
