Holiday home for up to 14 guests - you as a guest use the holiday home alone!

The Enztal holiday home in the Felsenland Südeifel was completely renovated and significantly expanded in 2021. On 120 m² with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house offers space for 14 guests, 10 of which are sleeping places for adults.

The highlight is the large common room where all guests can eat and celebrate together. A terrace in front of the house with tables and seats, as well as a charcoal grill is also available.

The large eat-in kitchen is the highlight of the holiday home. The 35m² communal room is furnished with a cream-white kitchenette with granite worktop, as well as an extra-large cooker with a 5-burner ceramic hob. A dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle complete the beautiful kitchen. Of course, there are also enough dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses.

The kitchen and dining area are open-plan and integrated into the living room so that people can talk while cooking. This open kitchen promotes communication and conviviality. Conversations can be carried on from the kitchen area without having to interrupt work at the cooker.

The 5m-high, partially exposed quarry stone wall lends the room a very special atmosphere. The four floor-to-ceiling panorama windows make the room feel large and open. A large table group offers space for up to 14 guests.

The pellet stove in the common room is time and temperature controlled and provides cosy warmth alongside the radiators.

There are 14 sleeping spaces (of which max. 10 for adults/young people) in 5 bedrooms for large families, groups & friends in the house. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the first floor. The bedrooms are either single, double or shared and have been furnished with great attention to detail - each room has its own unique style.

As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the noise level should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11pm onwards. We are happy about friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, under no circumstances should our house and our neighbours be affected by this. Please be considerate - of furnishings, noise levels and night's rest. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to 25 years of age). Stag parties and binge drinking are also not welcome.


This historic house is in a very quiet location in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf - a tiny settlement in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Enz valley in the Neuerburger Land of the Eifel. The Enztal cycle path and several hiking trails run directly by the house. A modern leisure pool is only 2 km away.

The holiday home offers the ideal conditions for an undisturbed and relaxing holiday, whether with a large family or together with friends. Dogs are welcome!
