The family holiday resort is located in a quiet area, on a side street, 500 m from the beach. The resort centre with many restaurants, bars and various shops is just a few steps away.

On the fenced, well-kept property, there are comfortable two-story terraced houses. The resort is small, focused primarily on families with children. Each house has a terrace with a set of lounge furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV, a table and a double sofa bed. On the ground floor there is also an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms. Each house is equipped with a washing machine. There is barbecue equipment. The houses have heating and excellent thermal insulation, which allows for a comfortable and convenient rest even outside the summer period. Wireless internet is available.

The youngest children will probably be delighted by the playground with a trampoline, slide and swing. There is a safe parking lot.
The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, final cleaning, internet, parking, cot and high chair (upon prior notification). Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, seaside climate, a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular holiday resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active people, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and cycling trips, horse riding and sightseeing flights. The water in this region is among the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast. The local Aquapark Helios invites lovers of swimming in the pool (indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, hydromassage, whirlpool). In this sports complex, guests can also find a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
