Welcome to the stylish Apartment 14 in the Bellevue C building!

This cozy 33-square-meter apartment was furnished with attention to detail and renovated in 2018.
The bathroom was renovated in 2023.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright entryway featuring a large mirror. On the
left side of the hallway is the separate, small bedroom, which can be darkened with curtains.
Here you’ll find two cozy single beds (80 × 1.90 cm), a dresser, and two
shelves for storing your personal belongings.

On the right side of the hallway is the newly renovated, small shower room. The bathroom is
equipped with a walk-in shower and a folding glass door, a modern vanity with a cabinet,
a heated towel rack, an illuminated mirror, and three electrical outlets.

The living area features a high-quality kitchenette that offers a fantastic view
of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator
with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a full range of cooking and dining utensils. This
makes cooking on vacation a pleasure.

From the living room, you can access a walk-in closet with plenty of
storage space, shelves, and a clothes rail. The comfortable corner sofa in the living area can be pulled out into a cozy bed for additional
guests and, with an extra topper,
ensures a cozy sleeping environment. The large window front is equipped with blinds and blackout curtains
to ensure you enjoy an undisturbed night’s sleep and privacy.
The dining table with 4 chairs offers a view of the sea and is perfect as a home office space or for game nights.

For your entertainment, an 80-inch flat-screen TV, books, and a radio are available. Wi-Fi is
available year-round, allowing you to work from home.
From the living room, you have access to a sheltered southeast-facing balcony furnished with
lounge chairs and a small dining table. An electric awning protects you from excessive
sunlight.

The entire non-smoking apartment features light-colored laminate flooring. Enjoy your stay at

Welcome to the “Bellevue” houses, which await you in a fantastic location right behind the dunes!

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your stay on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.

You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a place to park. Bike racks are available next to the buildings for your bicycles. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
