Charming Apartment “Majon d’Aisciuda Latemar” with Mountain View

The cosy apartment “Majon d’Aisciuda Latemar” in traditional South Tyrolean style is situated in a sunny and quiet part of the municipality San Giovanni di Fassa close to the famous Catinaccio mountain ridge and is ideal for holidays in the Italian Alps and near many great skiing areas. The 100 m² apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 additional single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, toys and books for children and cable/satellite television. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available on request. You can start the day with coffee on one of the 2 private balconies with seating furniture with wonderful views over the surrounding mountains, while there is also an open patio for you to relax. You can walk to a supermarket, a bakary, cafés and restaurants within 3-7 minutes (200- 550 m). There is a ski bus leaving in front of the house to the famous “Sella Ronda” circuit, and many other great skiing areas are in the immediate vicinity. In summer, there are many great cycling routes and you can start tours to the Sassolungo and Sasso Piatto mountain tops. The Gruppo del Catinaccio (Rosengarten Group), a renowned Dolomite massif, can be reached after a 20-minute drive (11 km), while South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is a 50-minute drive (40 km) from the apartment.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of €30 per stay. Bed linens are included, while towels are available upon request and for an extra fee of €7 per person per stay.
