The Space
This is an entire single-family home located in a quiet, diverse, residential Savannah neighborhood that reflects the city’s population and everyday local life. The surrounding area is home to local families and long-term residents. Guests have private access to the full house and all indoor living spaces and outdoor areas. The property offers a comfortable, lived-in home setting rather than a resort or gated environment.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor living areas, and outdoor spaces. The property is not shared with anyone else during your stay. Guests also have access to the gated parking area behind the fence for convenient off-street parking.Entry is via keyless self check-in.

Outdoor amenities such as the grill and fire pit are provided when available and may be affected by weather or prior guest use. The grill is propane. If the tank is empty, a spare is available in the laundry area—feel free to swap it out but let us know so we can refill the spare. The fire pit is available for guest use; firewood is not provided but is easy to purchase locally at the nearby Walmart or grocery stores.
No smoking is permitted inside the home.
