Guests have full access to the entire unit and may also use the following Shore Residences amenities:

Regular Days: PHP 150 per person / per day

Holidays: PHP 300 per person / per day

Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Pool vouchers are available for purchase at the Admin Office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

FULL GUEST REGISTRATION & HOUSE POLICY

1. Guest Declaration & Identification

After booking confirmation, a check-in form will be sent via email and must be completed by all guests. Each guest is required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID as part of the check-in process. Failure to complete registration may result in delayed check-in or cancellation in accordance with house rules.

2. Maximum Occupancy

The unit allows a maximum of three (3) persons only, including all guests and visitors, at any time. This limit is enforced by the property administration policy. No exceptions.

3. Accurate Guest Count & Booking Charges

Guests must enter the correct number of occupants at the time of booking to reflect the correct booking amount. Any discrepancy may result in additional charges, denial of entry, or cancellation without refund, subject to platform and property rules.

4. Property Administration Verification

All declared guests will be endorsed to the property administration before arrival.

Each guest must present a valid ID at the reception desk for verification. Entry will be denied without successful verification.

5. Visitors Policy

Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and will be denied entry.

All visitors must be logged in at the lobby for security purposes.

Visitors are counted toward the maximum occupancy of three (3).

Visitor access is allowed until 10:00 PM only. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and may be approved only upon unit availability and host discretion.
Due to high occupancy, standard check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced.

7. Cleaning & Turnover Window

The turnover period between bookings is mandatory and non-negotiable to allow for thorough cleaning, inspection, and preparation of the unit for incoming guests.

8. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

9. Enforcement & Penalties

Any violation of these policies may result in immediate denial of entry, removal from the property, forfeiture of booking fees, additional penalties imposed by property administration, and/or cancellation without refund.
