Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, right next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher, is the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze.” A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments consist of 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature radiant floor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and be just a few minutes’ walk from Wismar’s Old Town, with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, including a viewing platform offering a view of the Hanseatic city.

The living area is 47 square meters and is furnished to accommodate 2 people (maximum of three). The apartment features a very well-equipped kitchen-living room with high-quality kitchen appliances. The modern bedroom is separate. There is also a stylish bathroom with a shower. Made-up beds and towels are included. Smoking is not permitted in this unit. Paid parking is available at the new Hafen Parkhaus, located 300 meters away.

The very tastefully decorated 2-room apartment “Hafenspitze 25 Seebrise” is located on the 2nd floor of the Hafenspitze building and, with a living area of 47 square meters, is ideal for a vacation for two, or up to three people. The elevator takes you conveniently to the second floor. From the sunny loggia, which is furnished seasonally, you can enjoy the view of the bustling harbor of this World Heritage city. Electric exterior blinds provide protection from the summer heat.

The modernly furnished living-dining area features comfortable seating and a built-in, high-quality kitchenette. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table. This way, you can decide for yourself whether you’d like to treat yourself to a meal at one of the nearby restaurants or prefer to cook for yourself. Of course, Wi-Fi access, a TV, and internet radio with hotel mode are included.

The separate, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, closet, and desk ensures a restful night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom, featuring a glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet, helps you start every day of your vacation in a good mood. Underfloor heating throughout the vacation apartment provides cozy warmth. We’ll put you in a vacation mood right from the start—the beds will already be made for you upon arrival, and hand and bath towels will be waiting. If you’re arriving by car, the public parking garage at the Old Harbor offers parking spaces 300 meters away for a fee. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
