This unique upscale vacation condo is located in the indian point area. The beautiful unit resides in the ever popular eagles nest resort featuring a spacious condominium that has been created to take you away from all the stresses in life, while being located right next to the fun and exciting silver dollar city, theme park. The unit is only a short drive to the exciting strip of branson, missouri, where you can enjoy numerous shows, restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, lake activities and much more.

This beautiful condo has just been newly interior decorated with FIRST CLASS furnishings including, new linens / bedding, plush towels, beautiful decor, flat screen tvs and comfortable deck furnishings. Simply relax and enjoy the amazing table rock lake and ozark mountain views from our deck. This beauty features 10 foot ceilings, custom woodwork, tray ceilings in both bedrooms, walk in tiled shower in master bath, granite countertops throughout, wood, tile and carpet flooring. This is an upscale condo and rated as one of the nicest in the branson area.

Each bedroom has their own private bath including tile floors, jetted tubs, and showers. Additional sleeping is accommodated with a brand new pull out leather sofa sleeper in the living area.

Imagine how convenient life could be to be so close to the park. You can come back to the condo for lunch, put a little one down for a nap, relax then quickly get back to the park for the rest of your fun! Silver Dollar City theme park, is located right up the hill from our property.

This popular resort boasts many amenities, including swimming, hot tubbing, playing tennis, hiking on the areas trails, playing on the playground or just relaxing in the unit on the back deck. You can take a walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for swimming and great fishing! Boating and water activities including boat dock rental can be done at the nearby marina down the road.

Very convenient location for our trip. We were close to where we were visiting. Very spacious for our 5 person stay. And when an issue came up the owner knew what was happening immediately. Seems the city was working on a water main and we were without water for a few hours.

Amazing Christmas Trip

From the moment we got there till the moment we left we had an enjoyable stay. This condo was so relaxing and comfortable. The manager was so pleasant and answered all my questions. The whole process was flawless. We were so close to Silverdollar city and did not have to fight the traffic. We will definitely stay here again.

Great upscale condo

Condo was very nice and just minutes from silver dollar city. A/C, water heater, and wifi all worked great. Condo was well stocked with towels, dishes, laundry, dishwashing supplies, etc. Resort pool was great too!

Mini relaxing fun get away!

If the internet new subscription had been done right when switched sometime before our stay there, we would have rated 5 star all around! Love the way it was easy communication when having issues not being able to get WiFi

Quick Silver dollar city visit

We went the weekend of Thanksgiving to go to Silver Dollar City to see the lights. The condo is in a great location, goes opposite of traffic. The condo was well appointed, decorated adorable for Christmas. I would recommend it.

Very nice and Updated

The property was very nice and updated. I do not feel the owner missed anything, and the views were amazing! All areas were clean as stated and available to utilize while we stayed. Our grandchild loved having a playground and swimming pool along with lake access.

Beautiful Condo

Had everything you would need for your home away from home. The mattress in master bedroom was a little to soft for us but overall great place. Parking is a little tight if in a full size truck.

Great place to stay.

We stayed because it is just a few minutes from SDC. This way you don't waste valuable time in the car traveling. The lake is always fun to walk to. A convenience store is just a hop & skip from the condo if you need snacks. ( not the cheapest, but quicker than driving somewhere. They also have pizza ) A good time was had by all.

Indian Point Getaway

We enjoyed our place. Once we got to know the area, it was easy to get in and out and see more of Indian Point. The stairs however were a bit much. There are 18 and trying to carry luggage and a cooler and food was difficult but we managed. We would return but it would have to be less stairs.

Very nice!

The condo was so nice! It was clean and decorated for Christmas, which was a plus in my book! We enjoyed having a mountain view and we were so close to Silver Dollar City that we could hear the train from our balcony. My kids thought that was so neat. The only downfall was the beds were awfully uncomfortable. Definitely could use an upgrade on new mattresses and pillows.

The bed was way to soft. The fitted sheet kept pulling up over the corners. I had to sleep on the sofa. Other than that the unit was very nice.

Nice 2nd story condo and location near SDC

Overall the property was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaints- mattresses were way to soft, washing machine was dirty, only 2 wash clothes to wash your face, ramp was closed off and broken so had to haul everything down a flight of stairs. Was not able to haul in cooler Bc it was to heavy to take up and down that many stairs. Master room has no usable closet to hang your clothes. Thus the reason of the 4 stars. Property was nice and the view was pretty for fall. Also, very quiet area although they’re many condo buildings all around it.

Confusion

The condo was nice. Had a hard time communicating with vrbo. Some my fault, some vrbo. Never had trouble with vrbo on previous rentals. Condo had poor parking. Spaces were very tight. Many parking spaces said, compact cars only. Others would be towed.I only saw one compact car. Need larger spaces. Everyone else had a SUV or a pickup truck.

The property was very nice, with comfy leather and tapestry furniture. The large bedroom was very roomy with a great en-suite bathroom. The smaller bedroom was good-sized with its own roomy en-suite (that was accessible to the main living area by a second door). The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked. The kitchen and dining areas were solid floors - a little worn in places, but very clean. The main living area and bedrooms were carpeted. The space had tall ceilings, so it felt very roomy, but had a cozy feel - especially liked the reading "nook" by the back deck. Our only "complaint" was that the linen for the pull-out couch was missing, but our host was quick to offer it being delivered. Communication with our host was good - she was extremely quick/responsive to my questions. We also loved the nice pool, located just down the hill from the property and spent a lot of time there. We very much enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it; we plan to stay there again.

Perfect condo for silver dollar city!

Great condo, exactly as pictured. Pros: 6minutes from the entrance to SDC and the opposite direction from all the traffic. Host gives informative emails with tips for the area, check in is super easy, condo was stocked with everything needed (laundry soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen utensils, lots of towels etc. Pool is not huge, but is clean. (It is a few minute walk from the condo down a steep hill, but you can drive if hills are a problem). There’s also a nice trail down to table rock lake which takes maybe 10 minutes to walk. ) Con: the beds are super soft. I usually take a different bed in stride but this was worse than I’ve ever had (and we go tent camping!). If you sit on the edge of the mattress in the front room it sinks down all the way to the box spring. If you have 2 people sleep on it prepare to be smashed on top of each other in the middle as the lack of support rolls you into a “hole” in the center. After trying to make it work for 2 nights we gave up and slept on the floor. Still not that comfortable but preferable to that mattress! Overall I’d still give it 4-4.5 stars because of the location and cleanliness!

Property not as presented on VRBO

Property was not as presented on VRBO. Upon driving up, the access to the steps of the property was boarded & draped with Caution tape. Upon entering the property, it was very dusty & bedroom furniture was well worn. The bathrooms were immaculate & updated & nice. We are familiar with these properties & they were very high end, but this particular property looks as it has been used hard. I dusted, mopped & ran the sweeper so that I could be comfortable. Ran the bath mats & throws thru the washer so I could drape them on the chair that I vacuumed out as it was filthy. As this is only our 2nd VRBO booking, it was very dis-appointing for what we were charged.. I was charged a hefty cleaning fee, only to have to clean myself. The patio on the property above was sagging slightly. A discount or heads up to detour & climb a long set of stairs would have been appreciated. It looked so nice as it was presented, only to encounter what we had to deal with as to the access being condemned & not thorough cleaning of the property. Master bedroom pillows had a terrible odor.
