However, apartments 2.7 and 4.1 offer only one parking space in a parking garage. The maximum vehicle height for these parking spaces is 1.60 m. If your car is taller than 1.60 m, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a parking space at the building. Of course, the ride on the “Rasender Roland” train—which runs from Binz through Granitz to Sellin—is especially beautiful. For fishing enthusiasts planning to visit Binz in the spring, it’s worth noting that the “Villa Stranddistel Binz” is located at one of the top spots for sea trout fishing in Germany. It’s just a 20-minute walk, and you can try your hand at catching the silver fish of the Baltic Sea from the shore.
