The two separate bedrooms with double beds, as well as the spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, offer a relaxing retreat.

The Zaunkönig vacation home is located in the small village of Groß Zicker on the Mönchgut Peninsula in the southeastern part of Rügen. This picturesque village, with its many thatched-roof houses, is framed by the Zicker Mountains on one side and the Baltic Sea on the other.
The idyllic resort town of Groß Zicker is part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve—a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. Groß Zicker is well connected to the island’s network of biking and hiking trails.
The approximately 10-kilometer-long sandy Baltic Sea beach stretching from Göhren to Thiessow is just 2 km from your vacation home. This beach paradise is quickly reached by bike. Ample parking is also available for cars.
The Zicker Mountains are a particularly striking feature of the southeastern tip of Rügen. These grass-covered hills, over 60 m high, are perfect for hikes through picturesque countryside with stunning views of Rügen and the vast Baltic Sea.
Other Rügen highlights, such as the Jasmund chalk cliffs, the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Göhren, and Sellin, the famous Cape Arkona, and many other attractions are easily accessible by car. A bike ride to the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Göhren is also highly recommended. Riding over dikes and through fields, villages, and forests, a bike trip becomes a truly memorable experience.
