The vacation apartment is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a sofa set (sofa bed), and a flat-screen TV. In addition to a dishwasher and an oven with microwave function, you’ll also find a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, and plenty of kitchen utensils. From the living area, you can step out onto the large terrace, from which you can even see the deep-blue Baltic Sea shimmering in the distance. The separate bedroom with a double bed provides a comfortable sleeping area for two people. The sleeper sofa in the living area is ideal for an additional guest. The vacation apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The Baltic Sea resort of Göhren is located on the Mönchgut peninsula and is still deeply influenced by its fishing heritage today. This nearly lost craft is showcased, illustrated, and explained in the museums in and around Göhren—a little journey back in time. In the surrounding small villages, such as Groß Zicker and Gager, you can buy freshly caught Baltic Sea fish from local fishermen almost every morning. On Mönchgut itself, there are well-developed biking and hiking trails. This means you can leave your car behind during your stay on the island of Rügen. If the trip back is too far, you’re also welcome to take the bus or the “Rasender Roland” train home. It runs daily from the Baltic resort of Göhren through the Baltic resorts of Baabe, Sellin, and Binz to Putbus and back again.
