The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed it a lot. Just a few comments. There were used towels hanging in the upstairs main bedroom door. The water heater didn't work until late night where we had to contact support. There were black ants on the kitchen counter. Generally the house was a bit dusty and the outside furniture had cob webs.

The towels left behind were clearly an oversight from the cleaning team, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water heater, though we’re happy our support team was able to assist and get it resolved for you that evening. As for the ants, dust, and cobwebs, with waterfront and wooded properties this can occasionally happen, especially during seasonal transitions, but we certainly understand your concerns and will address these items with our team to ensure improvements are made moving forward.
