Our luxuriously furnished, wheelchair-accessible vacation home has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable North Sea vacation. With its 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to four people. Just a stone’s throw from the North Sea, you’ll find a home equipped with every comfort (e.g., large bathroom, sauna, wood-burning stove).

The Herzmuschel vacation home also has a lot to offer its guests when it comes to sustainable travel, as the home’s power supply—provided by its own photovoltaic system, including storage and emergency power (if there’s insufficient sunlight, the system temporarily switches to green electricity), which also powers the air-source heat pump—significantly reduces its carbon footprint.

Location
Visit us in the family-friendly town of Dagebüll, with its supervised swimming beach along the green dike, its many hiking trails right by the water, and plenty of things to do both on land and on the water. Our vacation home is located just about 300 m from the beach. A general store, bike rental, and restaurants are within walking distance.

Ferries to the islands of Föhr and Amrum depart from Dagebüll, so you can easily visit the islands on a day trip—either on foot or by bike. You can also visit the Halligen from Dagebüll by boat or, at low tide, on foot. Discover the Wadden Sea and its unique world on guided mudflat walks.

The vacation home is located in a spacious vacation home community consisting exclusively of luxurious wooden houses.

Amenities
The 90-square-meter vacation home is modern and elegantly furnished in a Scandinavian style. The two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), can accommodate up to four people. In one of the bedrooms, the slatted bed frame is electrically adjustable and wheelchair-accessible via a lift. An emergency call system is installed in the bedrooms, the sauna, and the bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a television.

This vacation home is also particularly suitable for guests with limited mobility and/or wheelchair users. All doors are sliding doors or can be operated electrically. The open-concept kitchen offers exclusive and extensive amenities that will delight any home chef: a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, an oven, a refrigerator with a ***freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, a Qbo Essential, and much more. The kitchen is wheelchair-accessible, height-adjustable, and fully designed for wheelchair users. Among other features, it includes a range hood with remote control and an oven with a retractable door.
The wheelchair-accessible sauna, with a reclining/seating area at wheelchair height, ensures a relaxing wellness vacation!
Additionally, the house is equipped with a telephone (flat rate to German landlines).

The vacation home offers a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee).

The cozy living room is equipped with satellite TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. The wood-burning stove ensures cozy moments even during the colder months.
The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: two sinks and a walk-in shower set the perfect tone for your vacation. The vacation home features an additional restroom. On the covered, sheltered terrace, you can enjoy the sun on comfortable garden chairs, sun loungers, or in a beach chair.
