Stayed in Menomonie for a college girls trip & reunion. Was great to see the old stomping grounds again and explore the town a bit. This was a very convenient location to enable us to walk to campus and around downtown. Had everything we needed for the weekend.

This property worked well for our stay. Our family was in town for a wedding and was looking for a home base. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and the host was very communicative and easy to work with (even allowing a last-minute late checkout). The house served the purposes of our visit to Menominee, and the host was accommodating.

Definitely needs a once over fall cleaning! No had soap in main bedroom bathroom. No dish soap in kitchen. Only half roll of toilet paper. Lots of spider webs, dead bees, and flies.

Great get-away

Duplex was perfect for our group! Close to the Mabel Taunter Theater where we were gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute and close to town

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful weekend so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. It is closer to campus than we thought but the weekend was fairly quiet.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! The room with 4 twin beds worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Comfortable seating to relax by the TV. Perfect for a Halloween weekend visit to our Stout student.

Long weekend in Menomonie

This was our second stay at this property in Menomonie and it works great for our family. The home is very clean and conveniently located near downtown and UW-Stout. We will be back again!

Home away from Home

We came to visit relatives in Eau Claire, Glenwood City, Menomonie and Minnesota. Good visits at our duplex and at relatives. Homelike atmosphere and friendly, accommodating hosts.

The property was exactly as represented online. We like the ability to walk to coffee shops, the local co op, and a grocery store. Great little downtown area.Only suggestion I have if having a few more cooking utensils. We'll definitely return.

Cute little place to stay right in town. Bars are within walking distance which is always a plus. We had a great time! 🙂

It was not clear that there was someone living above us. No problem, just unexpected. There were NO coffee filters which was very disappointing.There was a random beverage can outside in a very basic sitting area. It would have been helpful for the host to have provided parking guidance - in the back of the house, parking shared with upstairs tenant.

Coffee filters are provided at the house, and we wish we had known you weren’t able to locate them—we would have been happy to help! We appreciate your comments about the parking instructions and will look at making those clearer for future guests. The upstairs is a separate residence with its own entrance, and we have also reviewed our listing to make sure that is communicated clearly. Thank you for staying with us.

Visiting son at UW Stout

This place is very charming, nice décor and in a good location. It was a great place to for us to visit with my UW Stout student son and his girlfriend. We were able to make a big breakfast in the fully supplied kitchen! The communication with the property manager was quick and she was very accommodating. We definitely will be staying here again!

Great for flexible and flowing family

We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town.
