- The units are located within the towers.
- Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
- Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
- Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — lots of choices within 1-2 miles.
- During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

-Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation.
