Apartment "Rosengarten" with Shared Sauna, Balcony, Mountain View & Wi-Fi

The cozy 45 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all’Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats create an authentic farm experience. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want a nature-oriented holiday in the Dolomites.



The apartment on the 2nd floor accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an additional sofa bed. The living kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, from the balcony.



A bread service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra fee. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared, but available for private use until 10 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included; a change during your stay is available for an extra fee. The shared outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, barbecue, terrace, and playground. Covered bike storage and a heated room for ski equipment are available. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee.



The surroundings offer many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing areas. In winter, you can reach the Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm ski areas in 25–30 minutes. Steinegg has two small grocery stores for daily needs. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
