Relax and unwind in this recently renovated historic farmhouse, originally built in 1880. Perfectly located just steps from the Erie Canal and Main Street Fairport, you’ll be within walking distance of charming shops, local restaurants, and scenic canal paths.

The home offers driveway parking for up to three vehicles and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. With two full bathrooms, a cozy living room, and two kitchen spaces—a fully stocked kitchen on the main floor and a convenient kitchenette upstairs—this home is ideal for families or couples seeking comfort and convenience in a central village location.

This is a peaceful, family-friendly property and not suitable for parties. We have quiet neighbors and kindly ask guests to respect the surrounding environment.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Spacious room with a Queen-size bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Spacious room with a Full-size bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two twin-size trundle beds, perfect for children

This house is in a perfect location! We enjoyed multiple walks into town and along the Erie Canal. Everything was very clean and the check-in and check-out process were very easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Fairport area.

Very family friendly with all the toys and the upstairs room multi-bed setup. The house actually feels lived in (which it is, it's a summer home for a family) - the furniture and equipment are more thorough and thoughtful compared to the average bnb. Good renovated amenities despite being an older home, and fantastic location to beautiful Fairport and the canal lift bridge.

We arrived at the 4pm checkin time after a fivehour drive to find the beds unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom, two vehicles in the driveway. We were told a cleaning person could be there in 40 minutes to clean and we could return at 8pm. When we returned, we noticed that the beds had been made but the sheets had not been changed from the previous renters. It was absolutely disgusting. We did not stay there. We are supposed to be getting a full refund but that does not make up for the inconvenience it caused our family who were in town for my son’s wedding. Extremely stressful and disappointing.

The situation you encountered was the result of a cleaning turnover issue and not a lack of available linens or supplies. While we are glad we were able to provide a full refund, we recognize that a refund does not fully make up for the disruption to your plans.
