Well-established, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family-friendly and quiet community. We have a close relationship with our neighbors, and as such, quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am must be observed in the outside amenities ( Basketball Courts/Soccer or any Other Outside Grounds) and at the pool area.

There are 4 full bathrooms on the first floor:

• Bathroom 1: Located near the front door in the hallway between Bedrooms 1 and 2.
• Bathroom 2: Connected to the master bedroom.
• Bathroom 3: Connected to the bunk bed room.
• Bathroom 4: A Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared between Bedrooms 5 and 6.

On the second floor, there is 1 half bathroom.

Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway—street parking is not permitted.
Quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Pre-check-in form - sent once the reservation is confirmed and required to be filled out within 24 hours after confirming the reservation.

No unauthorized guests permitted.

No smoking inside the house ($750 fine)

Pet fee - $100 per pet - need host's approval.
