If you are looking for a holiday near a beach and tranquility alike, Bella Vista is perfect. You can reach different kinds of beaches in about 30 minutes by car and then relax from the hustle and bustle in the quiet and beautiful location of Bella Vista in the midst of nature and silence.

The lovingly furnished house can be used as a whole. It is surrounded by a wonderful palm garden on a hilltop with a view over the tiny villages of the Marche. It invites its visitors to linger and relax through the wonderful garden and in the pleasant temperature of the house.

You can go for walks right from the house.

The large and nice furnished living-dining area with modern and well-equipped kitchen is on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three beautiful and tastefully furnished bedrooms, with a view of nature.

The places with deck chairs in the garden and the romantic balcony, overgrown with wine invite you to linger. With a glass of wine, you can experience wonderful sunsets and the silence of the Marches in the evening.

There is also a study with a desk for people who want to work creatively. The house has two bathrooms.

The long sandy beach in Porto S. Giorgio can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Porto S Giorgio offers good restaurants and deck chairs for rent.

The pottery village of Montottone has a very good restaurant and an excellent pizzeria. Shops nearby.
Bella Vista is a wonderful place to rest when you come back from the lively beach life.

Great holiday....love the house

We love the area and have been to le Marche for over 20 years. We enjoyed our stay at 'Bella Vista' very much, a beautifully positioned simple yet homely house, in a wonderfully quiet location, well positioned for both sea and towns - We came away relaxed and very happy with our stay...and were sad to be leaving!

Fantastic!

We had the most amazing stay at Birgit’s home in Montottone. The house is fully loaded with everything you need. The Kitchen is super nice. It’s a calm and quiet place and we relaxed so much. The landscapes are amazing and we felt home the minute we entered the place! I love this place! Birgit has great communications and answers quickly. I’ll sure try to make it again to this place! Thank you Birgit!

Unser 4-nächtiger Aufenthalt im restaurierten Bauernhaus in den Marken war durchweg bezaubernd. Die geschmackvolle Verbindung aus rustikalem Charme und modernem Komfort machte unsere Familienauszeit besonders angenehm. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück, während wir Erwachsenen das stilvolle Ambiente und die durchdachte Ausstattung schätzten. Die Liebe zum Detail bei der Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses hat eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen. Sauberkeit, Lage und Kontakt zur Vermieterin ließen keine Wünsche offen. Vollkommen verdiente 5 Sterne.

Sehr idyllisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Alleinlage

Ich kann mich den bisherigen Bewertungen anschließen, das meiste wurde schon geschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die immer freundliche und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die sehr rasch antwortet und sämtliche Fragen zügig beantwortet. Kleiner Tip: die üblichen Navis finden das Haus nicht. Hier die Koordinaten in Google Maps ohne Gewähr 43.075191,13.578689 Allen zukünftigen Urlaubern eine schöne Zeit!

La casa è molto bella, tutta in pietra, circondata dal verde. All'interno ci sono tutti i comfort. Non abbiamo incontrato inconvenienti nella gestione della casa. Il posto è splendido, immerso nella natura, è davvero la vacanza ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, in famiglia per quanto riguarda noi, lontano dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. La vista che si gode dalla casa è bellissima. Nostra figlia di due anni ha amato fare lunghe passeggiate all'aperto. Io mi sono rilassato leggendo libri e mia moglie si è goduta la casa, il giardino, e ha preparato ottime grigliate.

Relaxing stay

We (2 adults and 2 teens) spent almost three weeks in the house and with every day we loved the place more and more. The house is spacious and had everything that we needed to relax. Especially we enjoyed coffee in the garden. There was no air conditioning but the ground floor always stayed nice cool even in the hottest hours. The way to the sea took more than 50 minutes because we never hurried to get there faster (usually we went to Pedaso and lower). The surrounding area is very picturesque and peaceful so it always distracted us from the planned path. We recommend the house for nature lovers, for local and remote exploring of the region.

it was like we were entering a dream.

This wasn't just a house for spending the nights during our vacation. It wasn't difficult to make it a new home. Everything was prepared for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms, the living, the two bathrooms and above all, a brand new modern kitchen with all the utensils you normally don't expect in a vacation home. We've enjoyed the evenings on the terrace with a spectacular view on the valley and the quietness of living on the countryside. I even now miss my daily shopping in the supermarket and the children still talk of the incredible pizzas they'd had in Montetonne. If there were troubles (where the h.. do Italians hide there electricity-source ?) we could call or email at any time of day. Everything seemed to be submitted to our pleasant stay. Even now there are moments we think of 'our' house which gave us so much energy during our well earned holydays. Thank you again Brigitte!

Ein wirkliches Paradies

Als wir ankamen ging die Sonne gerade unter und wir standen alle staunend da. Immer wieder war es schön vom Strand an diesen stillen Ort zurückzukommen. Ein kleines Paradies. Romantischer Urlaub in Montottone

Liebe Familie Skorpen - wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus erlebt. Alles war perfekt, das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, der wunderschöne Garten, die Sonnenuntergänge, die Umgebung, alles wirklich klasse. Die Entfernung zum Strand war kein Problem, die Fahrten haben wir immer genossen wegen der schönen Aussichten. Schade, dass die (Haus)-Katze ihre Jungen noch nicht bekommen hat, als wir da waren, aber wir haben uns täglich sehr gern um sie und ihre Gefährten gekümmert. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Rom unternommen und waren begeistert. Wir haben Ruhe und Erholung gesucht und beides wirklich gefunden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub - danke. (Ich habe ein Problem mit der Datumseingabe, wir waren vom 14.08. -28.08.2010 zu Gast bei Familie Skorpen)

Ein Ort der Erholung

Wir waren im Juni 2010 für eine Woche im Haus Bella Vista und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!!! Zu Viert wollten wir aus dem Alltag in Deutschland "ausbrechen" und Ruhe und Erholung finden, und so war es auch! Das Haus, der Garten, der Ausblick, die Sonnenuntergänge und die ganze Umgebung waren einfach nur herrlich. Die Entfernung zum Strand hat uns gar nix ausgemacht, denn die Fahrt da hin war jedesmal beeindruckend dank all der schicken Örtchen. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz. Danke Familie Skorpen für die schöne Woche!

Romantisch

Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, haben den Blick genossen, Spaziergänge gemacht, Kräuter gesammelt, gut gegessen in Montottone und konnten auch noch Sonne tanken. Vor allem die langen Strandspaziergänge haben uns gut getan. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder, vielleicht einmal im Winter, die Öfen wirken so gemütlich.
