Guests have private access to the apartment itself, plus shared access to the pool, hot tub, fire pit, rooftop lounge, clubhouse, golf simulator, gym, and other common spaces.

Dining, nightlife, and 4th Street Live! are steps away, with the Kentucky International Convention Center and KFC Yum! Center both an easy walk, and Whiskey Row just down the street. The building’s courtyard setting insulates the apartment from the hustle of the city, so the space stays quiet and peaceful once you’re inside.

Getting Around

The central location means plenty is reachable on foot. A car is helpful if you’d like to venture beyond downtown, though city buses, Uber, and Lyft all work well.

Good to Know

The apartment overlooks the community dog park, visible from both the living room and bedroom. Blackout curtains are already installed for privacy and comfort. One complimentary parking spot is included in the on-site garage, with a 7-foot clearance suitable for most standard vehicles but not oversized vans or tall trucks. The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional short-notice closures for maintenance. The fire pit, pool, hot tub, rooftop, and gym are shared building amenities located in the common areas, not private to the apartment. This is a non-smoking property, and we aren’t able to accommodate pets, though service animals are always welcome.
