The Space:

This spacious, stylish apartment is designed for comfort and easy living perfect for short getaways or extended stays. Get a great night's sleep on the plush 12" hybrid memory-foam king bed or the queen memory-foam sleeper sofa, then ease into your morning with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar. Step outside your door and enjoy standout amenities like a rooftop lounge, clubhouse, virtual golf simulator, and full gym, plus a heated pool and hot tub open seasonally, typically March through September. Whether you're here to explore the city or unwind, this place makes it effortless to settle in and feel right at home!

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the apartment, plus shared access to the building's common amenities including the fitness center, golf simulator, yoga studio, the first-floor clubhouse, and the rooftop clubhouse with shuffleboard and a deck overlooking 4th Street Live!, along with the courtyard with fire pits and grills. Please note these are shared spaces used by residents as well, so availability may vary. The pool and hot tub are also shared and open seasonally, typically March through September.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown, you'll be in the perfect spot for shopping, bourbon tasting, and sightseeing alike. The courtyard of the building insulates the apartment from the hustle and bustle of the city, making the space rather quiet and peaceful!

Getting Around:

With the central location of the building, guests can get to plenty of activities by foot! We do recommend a car should guests choose to venture outside of the downtown area, but city buses or uber would also do the trick!

Other Things to Note:

The apartment overlooks the community dog park, visible from both the living room and bedroom. For privacy and comfort, blackout curtains are already installed. One complimentary parking spot is available in the on-site garage with an 6.5-foot clearance, suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities, open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the season. They close at the end of September, with reopening expected in March, and exact timing is set by building management. Occasional last-minute closures for maintenance can happen during the open season.
