Sobre esta propriedade
IN ONE OF PARIS’S MOST HISTORIC & VIBRANT NEIGHBORHOODS –LE MARAIS -4 BEDROOM
Nestled in the very heart of the Marais, perfectly positioned between Place de la Bastille and the iconic Place des Vosges, this exceptional residence offers a rare opportunity to stay in one of Paris’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods. Set within a protected heritage building, the apartment combines centuries of history with refined contemporary design, creating a truly unique Parisian experience.
The building dates back to the Napoleonic era and was constructed using stones and beams from the Bastille following its fall on July 14, 1789. Protected as a historic site by the City of Paris and owned by the same French aristocratic family for over 220 years, the property carries an extraordinary legacy. The apartment has been fully refurbished by a Parisian architect who carefully preserved its historic character while introducing modern comfort and elegant design throughout.
Located on the first floor (approximately 15 stairs, no elevator), the apartment opens onto spacious and beautifully appointed living areas. A welcoming living room offers the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city, while the separate dining room comfortably seats up to ten guests, ideal for shared meals and memorable evenings in Paris. The fully equipped kitchen features induction cooking plates, a combined microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware for effortless home dining.
The apartment features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate eight guests, with a maximum capacity of ten. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (no WC). The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom features a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower (no WC). The living room can be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed for two guests.
In addition to the two private en-suite bathrooms, the apartment includes two shared bathrooms — one with a bathtub and WC, and one with a shower and WC — as well as a separate WC, ensuring comfort and convenience for larger groups.
Guests enjoy premium amenities including 5-star bedding, bath and bed linens, luxury toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper), high-speed WiFi, TV, washer-dryer, hair dryer, and a secure safe. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Le Marais, meaning “marsh” in Old French, is one of Paris’s most sought-after neighborhoods, spanning the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. Known for its narrow cobblestone streets, antique charm, and vibrant creative scene, the area is home to independent designers, art galleries, concept stores, artisanal coffee shops, local restaurants, vintage boutiques, and hidden courtyards. Grand 17th-century mansions and former aristocratic palaces stand quietly among lively streets, giving the neighborhood its distinctive blend of elegance and authenticity.
