We had a great week here! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor community pool. The host was very responsive to any problems that arised for us and was quick to fix them. I would stay here again.

Family vacation trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is a great getaway. The house was a perfect fit for family fun. Beds were comfortable, showers awesome, game room was a lot of fun, indoor pool was added fun. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool in the resort. Could it use some upgrades? Sure! But renters needed to take care of it just as well as the owners. Our only issue was the refrigerator was leaking. We didn’t call to notify them while there because we had all our food in before we noticed it was leaking. We used towels to keep it clean . Best part was seeing the bears daily walk by the windows. Overall it’s a great location into Gatlinburg. We will return!

Great Amenities, but Several Maintenance Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed several things about our stay, especially the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils, which made preparing meals easy. We also enjoyed the outdoor community pool and grilling area.However, there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The hot water heater was leaking in the basement and the water was going into the pool. The pool table also needs repairs. The pocket on the side does not properly hold the balls, and one ball fell through and almost went over the edge. Someone was standing downstairs directly below, so this could have resulted in a serious injury. The covering on the pool table is turn in a couple of places. The air hockey table did not work at all.The floor in the primary bathroom also needs repair, as it is separating. These issues took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay and should be addressed for the safety and comfort of future guests.Overall, we appreciated the amenities and enjoyed our time at the property, but the maintenance and safety concerns need attention.

We appreciate you letting us know about the water heater during your stay. Our team had it evaluated, and the technician determined that the repair would require replacement of the unit. Since this involves more extensive work, the replacement is now being coordinated. The homeowner is also working directly with a vendor to address the bathroom flooring. We are very sorry to hear that you also had issues with the pool table and air hockey table. We've asked our maintenance team to inspect both and take care of what is needed. If something isn't working as expected during a stay, our team is always happy to come out and help whenever possible. We're glad you enjoyed your time at the home overall and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We hope your next getaway is an even better one!
