Our stunning 1,179 sq.ft retreat in central Seattle is thoughtfully designed to host up to 8 guests. This beautifully crafted home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a converted den with fully enclosed curtains for added privacy, plus a dedicated parking space just steps away. Enjoy heated floors, oversized windows, and a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout.
****Floor Plan & Sleeping Arrangement****
#1ST FLOOR (Entry, Main Living, Dining & Kitchen with access to Patio):
- A stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets and shelves
- Unwind in the cozy living space featuring a plush sectional couch and a 55-inch TV, perfect for movie nights and relaxing evenings.
- Living room opens to fully fenced patio
#2ND FLOOR
- Bed Room 1: one queen bed
- Bed Room 2: converted den with fully enclosed curtains: one queen bed
- One full bathroom
#3RD FLOOR:
- Sunlit Master Bedroom (Bed Room 3) with two comfy full beds , and a spa-inspired bath. Unwind in the deep soaking tub or indulge in the invigorating shower.
- In-unit washer & dryer
#One designated guest parking space is available in the back alley of the property for your convenience. One additional street parking permit will be provided for the second vehicle of the guest.

Guests will have full access to the entire home including private patio.
Please note that one closet in the master bedroom is reserved for the host's storage use and remain locked.
For security, the door in kitchen opens to the parking locked. The fence gate to the patio is secured with padlocks.

• The regular nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
• No animals are allowed on the property. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including balcony and yard area . $500 fine per violation.
• Security cameras are located above front door entrance monitoring exterior spaces only
***Smart Lock Access:
The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure self check-in. Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival.
• 【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Guests are kindly asked to sort garbage and recyclables into the appropriate bins located in the trash collection area next to parking space. If you’re unsure where items go, simply leave them inside the house — our cleaning crew will handle disposal.

The City of Seattle enforces a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends and legal holidays. Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these quiet hours.
