Renovations and closures - Important:
The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th.
The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. Smells and noise are to be expected. The Gym area will be closed during this time.
Exterior Maintenance:
Please note there will be a noise and smells associated with the below projects that will affect the surrounding units.
Starting Monday May 11 for 4 weeks. At the far end of the property close to the parking entrance and Spearhead Drive. Foundation wall waterproofing, sewer line repairs , repairs to canopy roof wall.
The following decks will be worked on starting June 15 for four weeks.
All units located in the North Wing, The Aspens entry loop area, for all 4 floors will be painted.
Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid July for one week.
