We had a great time and the property was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the keypad wouldn’t work half the time so we ended up getting in the lock box and used the key. Also the dryer takes a few cycles to dry the clothes. The location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We went to a few to the restaurant recommendations that were listed in the welcome binder. It was great to have some info about the island and places nearby. Super short walk to the beach. Amazing!

This cottage was everything as advertised. It was so beautiful. Furniture, decor , the sheets felt good & bathroom was so nice too. The only thing was the hot water was not very hot in the bathroom . Great location with walking distance to the beach, across the street. Local trolly across the street to take you all around the island! Very clean room and has everything you need for a couple of days on the beach! Pool was perfect. Host was very nice.

This was one of the best VRBO stays I have had. The location is perfect, access to the beach, pool, and bay cannot be beat. The rental is fresh, with new furniture and appliances. Loads of great extras. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Short walk to beach. Beautifully decorated cottage. Heated pool was refreshing. Con- no beach chairs which is a hassle for those flying in.

This cozy little cottage is a GEM! Beach is right across the street, easy access. Restaurants, bars, shops are a quick 10 min. walk. Cottage has everything you need, including a handy beach wagon stocked with cooler, chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach towels were also provided. We will be back!

Check all the boxes for the perfect Florida cottage, extremely clean!!! With a modern touch, fresh, just steps from the beach. The attention to evey detail was very appreciated, from a cup of coffee to beach chairs etc.. Cheers to the host!!! We wil definitely try it again.

Location, location, location!! Across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. As for the place it was gorgeous, the owner tried to think of everything, from decor to supplies for not only the kitchen and bathroom needs but also supplied towels and what not for the beach. My only downside would be that there was a problem with the WiFi so we did not have any TV, but she assured us she was on it for next time. Absolutely wonderful.

Here’s a polished VRBO review you can post:We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was excellent — the beach was directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient. Bridge street was a quick 5 minute drive down the road to access shops and entertainment.Most nightlife and restaurants close around 10pm. We went on a holiday weekend and were surprised how peaceful it was. Highly recommend heading to Bean Point to catch the sunset while you are there ( quick 15 minute drive).We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras available for guests, including a wagon, 4 beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas in the closet for easy beach days. The pier was only a few steps away, and we loved walking there every morning to watch the sunrise around 6:30 AM. During our stay, we even saw a pod of dolphins, did some fishing, and enjoyed seeing lots of marine life. The kitchen had everything you needed.The property is also within walking distance to several great restaurants like Gulf Drive Cafe, Wicked Cantina, and Smoqehouse/Smoke Next Door, which made dining out super easy.Check-in was seamless, and overall the property was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again!

The rental was very clean, charming, and well-equipped. It came with a wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, a football, and a volleyball, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. There were also plenty of extra beach towels, which came in very handy.The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved being able to hear the ocean at night. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the beach chairs to reclining ones for added comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental!

The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and the location was great.There were just a few issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience. The grass in the front needed mowing, which wasn't a major concern. More disappointing was that the welcome booklet stated shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, but all three dispensers were empty. There was only a small bag containing a single-use shampoo and conditioner packet, which was not adequate for two guests staying four nights if these amenities are advertised as being provided.The biggest concern was safety. At 6:13 a.m. on our second morning, the fire alarm beeped three times, waking us up. We checked the condo to make sure there wasn't an emergency and concluded it likely needed a new battery. I immediately notified the host, and the initial response was, "I guess so, you can unplug it too." I found that response concerning, as unplugging a smoke detector is not an appropriate solution to a potential safety issue. After I expressed my concern, I was told someone would come replace the battery, but we were never told when, and there was no follow-up to let us know if it had been taken care of.The condo itself deserves high marks, but better attention to basic amenities, communication, and especially safety concerns would make a significant difference.

Thank you for your feedbackWe’re glad you found the condo clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and enjoyed the location We do, however, want to clarify a few points: First, regarding the toiletries: our welcome booklet clearly states that we provide a **starter kit** of amenities\. The purpose is to get guests settled upon arrival\. Because guests have different preferences for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, we do not provide unlimited supplies for the duration of every stay\. The starter amenities were provided as described\. Regarding the smoke detector, you contacted us at approximately 6:15am to report that the detector was chirping due to a low battery.We responded immediately.As a temporary measure to stop the chirping until maintenance could arrive during normal working hours, we advised that the detector could be disconnected if the noise was bothersome\. We also informed you that maintenance would replace the battery, which they did as soon as business hours began.We believe we acted promptly and responsibly by responding immediately and arranging for the issue to be resolved at the earliest practical opportunity. As for the grass, this is the first time we’ve received such a comment. During Florida’s rainy season, mowing schedules can occasionally shift by a day due to weather conditions. While we’re sorry if the lawn did not meet your expectations, we don’t believe this had any impact on the quality of your stay. Thank you
