This light-filled four-room vacation apartment, with an area of 120 m², is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to six people. Free parking is available directly at the property.

The three bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, including blackout pleated blinds and flat-screen TVs. Two shower rooms with rain showerheads are accessible from the respective bedrooms, while the third shower room, featuring a rain showerhead and a whirlpool tub, is accessible from the hallway. All three bathrooms feature illuminated wall and vanity mirrors, as well as wall-mounted radios with Bluetooth connectivity.

The living room stands out for its brightness, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy your time there. A dining area and a cozy sofa area with a wood-burning stove round out the living space.

Barbecue enthusiasts are also catered to, as the spacious balcony features not only patio furniture but also a modern gas grill! We provide the gas cylinders.

The gorgeous Grömitz beach is just 100 meters away.

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the shared, lockable bike shed in front of the building.
