This luxurious duplex vacation home, which sleeps up to 8 people, welcomes you and your dog to its two floors totaling 130 m² in a location close to the beach. A parking space is available in front of the house.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a dining nook and a fireplace, a modern, superbly equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, two bedrooms—each with a double bed—and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the open living area, you have direct access to the cozy outdoor sauna. The relaxation area is also equipped with an electric heater for extra cozy warmth.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed—one of which has access to the beautiful balcony—as well as a shower room with a toilet.

The garden is a real highlight, featuring a partially covered terrace with patio furniture and a gas grill, as well as a playground structure for children—pure relaxation! The entire property is fenced, and a garden shed is available for shared use.
