Thanks to the many windows, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of Lübeck Bay from both inside the apartment and from your balcony.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with a shower. Another bathroom with a shower is accessible from the hallway.

The bright living/dining area features a fully equipped, open kitchen as well as cozy and modern furnishings.

This apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation an unforgettable experience any time of year.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
