Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, luxury apartment 2.14 is located on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 44 m² of space for 2 people.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area adjacent to the living room. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by two comfortable armchairs. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

The highlight of the apartment is the west-facing, furnished balcony, which allows you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which features privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash rooms for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade features an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde) expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
