The stunning luxury suite 0.01 at the "White Pearl" spans two floors and accommodates 4 (+2) guests with two separate bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The lower level features two bedrooms with double box-spring beds—one of which has an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto the spacious, furnished terrace with a beach chair. In addition, the sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area provides two more sleeping spots. The lower level is complemented by an extra bathroom and a small sauna (1.17 m x 1.17 m) in the hallway. From here, you can also access the underground parking garage.

The upper level features a spacious, open-concept living and dining area as well as a high-end kitchenette. The upper level is rounded out by a large balcony. The apartment includes an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

The ground-floor apartments, which face south, are partly duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The beautifully redesigned promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts—both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde)—expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
