The magnificent luxury suite 0.05 on the first floor is the largest in the "White Pearl," spanning 142 m² across two levels, and can accommodate 6 people. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living area that sleeps 2 people.

The lower level features two bedrooms with double box-spring beds; one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to the large, furnished terrace. Additionally, the lower level features a separate bathroom with a shower and a private sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m).
The upper level features a spacious, open-concept living and dining area, as well as a high-end kitchen with a kitchen island. The sofa sleeps two additional people. There is also a guest restroom.

A highlight of the apartment is the furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing in the fresh sea air! The apartment includes an underground parking space, which you can access directly from the hallway in the basement.

And best of all, your dog is also welcome.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts, both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde), expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.
