Cozy vacation home with a fantastic view of Dresden

A sandstone staircase with approximately 120 steps leads to the vacation home “Am Loschwitzhang.”
The property is a comfortable vacation home for two people, with the character of a small single-family home spread over two floors. Its idyllic location in a lovingly maintained garden in the villa district on the Loschwitz slope of the Elbe offers a breathtaking panoramic view across the Elbe, past the “Blue Wonder” bridge, over the entire city, and all the way to the peaks of the Ore Mountains.
In addition to an outdoor seating area in the garden featuring an open, brick-built sandstone fireplace, guests also have access to another outdoor seating area on the garden terrace located one level higher. This terrace offers a particularly impressive view. Both areas are equipped with patio furniture and umbrellas. Directly in front of the house entrance is a partially covered, furnished terrace.
The vacation home, which can be used year-round, features a rustic design and modern amenities.
The lower level houses the open kitchen and a cozy dining area, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also available for use.
A wooden spiral staircase connects the lower and upper floors.
Upstairs is the open-concept living area with two large windows that offer guests an unobstructed view of the Elbe River and the entire city. There is also a small bedroom with two single beds arranged in an L-shape in the corner.
