This darling bungalow is located on a quiet sunny street. You will find yourself just a short 7 minute stroll away from the beach (subject to the pace you walk!) which will put you right at the bathhouse location. There are no street lights at night allowing for a lovely and peaceful environment with star gazing, along with hearing the sounds of the off ocean in the distance.

The home sleeps 4. There is the possibility for 5, please inquire.

This darling home has been tastefully updated, is very clean and is one level.

Deck - seating for 4 with an umbrella, bisto lights and a new gas grill.

Carport – Storage area for your beach belongings, hooks to hang your wetsuits to dry and a hose to rinse your feet!

4 beach chairs and a beach cart is provided, along with beach towels (though it is recommended to bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, to ensure you have enough for your stay).

The property has parking for 2 cars(please inquire if you have a 3rd car).

** PETS - We love pets. Though at this property we can only consider under the right circumstances - ideally under 50 pounds, ideally non-shedding. Please inquire and share more details about your furry friend!

SECURITY CAMS - please note there is 1-2 exterior security cams on the property for everyone's safety.

** Please note, this is a non smoking, non smoker, no drugs property. All guests will be put at ease, knowing there will be no residual smell of smoke, in, on or around the property. No smoking means, no cigarettes, no ecigs, no vapes, no cigars, marijuana etc.. This also means, no smoking as well outside of the home. We take this very seriously, as our neighbors are close by and none are smokers.

At night, just stroll down to the beach for a lovely dinner at Stone's Throw, or the Nevada Hotel Restaurant. Take a nice stroll up to the Nubble, or drive or bike if you prefer. Short Sands beach, restuarants, arcade etc. are close by and there is a shuttle service as well to take you to and from!
