You are also a short walk to a number of restaurants and attractions. The South Loop is such a dynamic mix of attractions and histories that the neighborhood tends to be seen as many different things to many different people. * No additional visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at the property at any time.
* Third-party bookings are not allowed. The individual who books the reservation must be present for the stay.

No Parties or Events

* No parties, gatherings, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or events of any kind.
* Violations are subject to a $1000 fine and may result in cancellation without refund.

Noise & Quiet Hours

* Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* Loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time.
* Disturbing neighboring residents may result in cancellation without refund.

Smoking Policy

* Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit or building.
* A $250 fee will apply for violations, and the reservation may be canceled without refund.

* Undisclosed pets will result in a $250 penalty per pet.
