Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, which sleeps 4 people and measures approximately 60 square meters.
To help you enjoy the sun to the fullest, there are seating areas and a grill both in front of and behind the house.
From the terrace, you’ll have a wonderful view of the Geltinger-Noor, the Charlotte Mill on Geltinger Birk, and the sunset.
Adjacent to the vacation home is a small shed where you can store your bicycles, among other things.
The terrace was built just for you and is furnished with new patio furniture and a beach chair. You can look forward to cozy evenings on the terrace watching the sunset.



Geltinger Birk Vacation Home:

The Geltinger Birk vacation home accommodates 4 people in approximately 60 square meters and boasts a panoramic view of the Geltinger-Noor, the Charlotte Mill, and stunning sunsets from its private terrace.
- Living room with a cozy sitting area, wood-burning stove, TV, and dining area
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as direct access to the garden and the terrace overlooking the Noor
- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 2 single beds; travel crib available upon request
- Bathroom with shower and ample storage space
Terrace and garden:
The terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair. Adjacent to the vacation home is a small shed for bicycles. There is parking available directly in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You are welcome to bring 2 dogs with you to the accommodation for a daily fee per pet. Linen packages can be booked for an additional charge of 20 euros per person.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
