INDOOR LAYOUT

Bedrooms

This house accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Master bedroom (1st Floor)- With a luxury king-size Sleep Science adjustable base bed, a 65” TV, ample storage, and a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, the master bedroom is your space for serenity.

Guest Bedroom (1st Floor) - No need to draw straws for the master. The guest room offers the same premium touches: a Queen Sleep Science adjustable bed, a 58” smart TV, generous storage, and a bathroom right next door for easy access.

2nd Floor Bedrooms - Up the spiral staircase to the second floor, you’ll find a workspace with a bedroom on each side.

Bunk Room - Set up with a full-size mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin-size mattress on top. A trundle pulls out from under the full-size mattress for some additional flexibility.

Twin Room - Across the way from the bunk room is the twin room which has 2 twin beds and a 58” TV.

A pack n’ play is provided to make packing for your infant or toddler just a little bit easier (I wouldn’t dare say easy). It can fit in any of the bedrooms.

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms in the house. Each is on the first floor and stocked with all the essentials like toilet paper, towels, and soaps.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook, connect, and enjoy. Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, including stainless appliances, filtered water, a full range of cookware and dishware, and, of course, coffee/tea options for your morning fix. With a comfortable dining setup for the whole family, it’s made for meals and memories.

Living Room

The living room was made for relaxing together. Sink into the cloud-soft sectional with reclining seats, enjoy movie nights on the 85” TV, and cozy up by the gas stove on cool evenings. It’s the perfect setting for family and friends to unwind in style.

Basement

The basement is your private entertainment zone, separate from the main rooms of the house. Watch gameday on the 75” TV, play foosball or darts, gather around the bar with stools and mini fridge, or head to the back room for poker or puzzles. For those who like to stay active, an FTX Functional Trainer cable machine is here to kickstart your day. It’s the perfect space for families to play, or for adults to unwind without worrying about waking the kids upstairs.


OUTDOOR SPACE

Step through the slider door to the deck during the warmer months and let the gentle sounds of the waterfall soothe you. Sink into the 6-person hot tub, where warm, bubbling water invites you to relax tired muscles under the open sky. Fire up the 4-burner Monument gas grill and enjoy a meal at the spacious dining table that fits the whole group. Cozy up around the gas fire table and let the flickering flames move you to a sense of total ease. From morning coffee to evening stargazing, this outdoor space is perfect for unwinding, entertaining, and calm connection.

Snowy nights don’t mean staying inside. Our winter-ready deck keeps the grill, basic seating, fire table, and hot tub available, so you can embrace the cold, savor hot drinks, and enjoy the magic of the outdoors even in winter.

Please note: our snow removal company creates pathways to the hot tub and grill. A shovel is available to clear other areas if you wish to access them.
