Second floor unit with 2 Master BR's each with their own full bath. This beach home is a bright oasis with a view of trees and sky from every room and the tranquil screened balcony. Layout of condo allows for privacy in both bedrooms - living room separates the bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own attached private bath - perfect for 2 couples or couple(s) with kids. 3 public beaches within 10 minutes, a private pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Can walk or bike to town with plenty of awesome restaurants and shopping or the beach. Rehoboth’s #1 seafood restaurant is just a short 10 minute walk away so no need to worry about parking and driving. Relax by calling for an amazing shiatsu session just upstairs (highly recommended by the owner). TVs in every room equipped with Netflix. Soundbar on 40” living room tv gives you surround sound and ability to plug in your favorite music source (ipod, iphone or computer).

This condo is well maintained, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated--a perfect location for Rehoboth, Lewes, or Dewey beaches with plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute ride. There was some initial issues finding the exact location on the map (there are two similar street names, one listed as 2 seperate words and the other as one, with VRBO stating it was in Selbyville vs. Rehoboth), but it was resolved. VRBO also stated we would get check-in info a few days before that date, but the owner sent check-in info one hour before our ETA, for security reasons. That was a bit stressful, and should be stated upfront.

The whole process was very easy. Dawn communicated very well with us and answered the few questions that we had very quickly. The bed was super comfy! Loved the screened in porch!! It was relaxing to sit there any time of the day or night and listen to the insects singing. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very spacious and clean, pretty quiet location and yet convenient by car to the nearby boardwalk, beaches, and downtown.The beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. In addition to bringing your own towels and sheets, you will want to bring hand towels, shampoo/body and hand soap. There was some soap under the sink, though!The little patio area was so pleasant, and it’s screened against insects. There were a ton of beach chairs and toys, plus an umbrella located in the patio closet outside. The pool looked great but we spent all our time exploring!

Great location for us. About a 10 minute drive to delaware state park beach where we use our annual pass, highly recommend the pass and the beach. 5 minute drive into Rehoboth Beach (the back way, less known about), or Dewey Beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close. Pool in the neighborhood a few minute walk away.

Fantastic

The property is perfect, exactly as described. We traveled with 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is awesome. Back off the road and private, but a super quick drive into Rehoboth. The kids really enjoyed the community pool on the property. You can easily walk to Fractured Prune for donuts! Dawn was so accommodating and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend!!!

Rehoboth condo at Captiva Sands

Clean ,well kept two bedroom condo not far from the beach and boardwalkThe community has a nice heated pool and is peaceful if you choose to go for a stroll.It is very conveinant to many restaurants and grocery stores and Tanger mall.The owner is polite and quick to respond and its a easy checkin,we enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

Quiet property in the heart of everything

Great location. Unit is in the rear of the building so the it faces trees and a pond. Very private.

Getaway

Nice condo 2nd floor in a quiet complex. 10 minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Brought our own sheets and blankets, which was fine but there weren’t any dish towels or paper towels provided. The keurig needs to be cleaned and whoever used the toaster oven last left it a mess. There were 3 TV,s…one in living room and one in each bedroom. We could not figure out how to turn the TVs on in the bedrooms or should I say connect to the cable network. The TV in the living room you could get onto the infinity’s channels, but they were only eight of them. Everything else had to be subscribed to. The enclosed balcony was very nice and the condo was clean and in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit. Beds were very comfortable.

Amazing stay

This condo is perfect! My daughter and i had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful and felt so comfortable. Owners went over and beyond to make this a great experience! Will definitely stay here again@

Amazing adventure

Very happy with location, the property. We walked to the beach and back, includong Penny Lane. It was great that we could make a short drive to ocean city MD to the national sea shore

As Represeted in Listing Would Rent Again

Owner very responsive. Everything in working order. Place was well stocked with all the necessities including some extras like garbage bags, plastic wrap, room spray etc. Spacious bedrooms and walk in closets with luggage racks. Kitchen pretty disorganized no doubt due to all the renters coming and going but all the items needed to cook were there. Nice leafy view from balcony. Bed I slept in was SUPER comfortable. In a nice neighborhood and extremely convenient to downtown Rehoboth, restaurants the outlets and grocery stores. You could easily ride a bike into town but you do have to cross Route 1 (there is a light). Easy to access Netflix and Prime video. I was there off season and it was very quiet but the last two nights someone was in an adjoining apartment and I could hear them. Did not use the pool as the weather was bad. There is a covered bike rack in the first floor open air vestibule. I would rent again. Only complaint is poor lighting - it was dark and rainy most of the days I was there and it was not adequate for those conditions.

Perfect for two friends

Very comfortable appartement, we enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch and going to the pool steps away. The A/C and fans worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well appointed. As well as sheets and towels, you should bring pillows and extra rolls of TP. Rehoboth has a great beachy vibe! Loved it!

Tranquil Setting

Family enjoyed it; closed to Indian River Inlet where my husband and son schedule their fishing charters for the week! And it’s behind Big Fish Grill restaurant which is delicious!

Disappointing is an Understatement

There has to be a mildew problem, as the air feels very damp throughout the entire condo. There is also a smell of dog pee throughout the entire place. We couldn’t use the front bedroom the first night, as there was blood on the mattress pad! The owner asked if we wouldn’t mind washing it, but it’s okay if we didn’t want to since we were on vacation. We did, since we needed to actually use that bedroom. Very inconvenient for it to be unusable the first night. My teenage son would wake up with new bug bites, which almost looked like fresh welts, every morning. We inspected the house but didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs, so not sure what was going on there. The air conditioning would reset to 78-83 degrees every few hours, so you would wake up to a sweltering house every day. When you came back after whatever you did for the day, it would be sweltering again. We also couldn’t use some outlets in the living room because the breaker kept tripping. The house instructions were very specific, the house needed to be vacuumed by us, but the vacuum is battery operated and it died after I finished the master bedroom. It’s disappointing because you expect to have an almost hotel like experience when you spend thousands of dollars on a property and run into the above mentioned issues. The property served its purpose, but we weren’t happy. Will definitely not be rebooking at this specific place. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have spent double to stay somewhere else

Great location

Had another wonderful week! Love the location and really enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch. Unit is the perfect size for family of four. Easy access to the pool, great restaurants and downtown.

The property was clean. Nice pool. Could not get internet to work. Called Dawn, she was checking comcast. Asked if router was working, it was, but no connection.Notime to fool with internet. When we got home it connected right away. Could not get netflix in bedrooms, only local channels.
