Welcome to your comfortable retreat in East Downtown Houston, ideally located for exploring the city or traveling for work. This second-floor private room offers a relaxing home base just minutes from Downtown, with convenient kitchen access and private bathroom spaces nearby.

Start your day with everything you need close at hand. Your room features a queen-size bed with fresh bedding and is located directly next to the second-floor kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, utensils, and drinking water, making it easy to prepare your own meals. A convenience store is also just a 1-minute walk away.

Your private shower room is located directly across from the bedroom. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with extra blankets and pillows upon request.

Downtown Houston is approximately a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. You’ll be conveniently located near the George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Daikin Park, Shell Energy Stadium, restaurants, bars, light rail, and major freeways. Uber/Lyft are readily available.

The room is accessed by stairs and has a sliding barn-style entrance with wall-to-wall curtains for additional privacy. The bedroom door does not have a physical lock, and there is no TV. The kitchen does not have an oven; guests provide their own food and ingredients and clean up after use. Guest access includes the bedroom, designated bathroom/shower areas, and kitchen; there is no living room access.

The home is non-smoking and shoes are removed indoors. Only registered guests are permitted, and quiet hours are 11 PM–6 AM.
