The vacation rental was renovated in 2025. During the renovation, new tiles were installed, the toilet and shower were replaced, new water lines were laid, the kitchen was modernized, and all furniture and mattresses were replaced.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and fully automatic coffee maker date from 2024. In addition to dishes for up to six people, you’ll also find board games and dice games in the sideboard. The kitchen also features a digital radio with a CD player.

The living room features a cozy (sleeper) sofa and a dining area for up to four people. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the large, internet-enabled Smart TV.

In the bedroom, you’ll enjoy peaceful nights in a bed that’s 1.80 meters wide. Here you’ll also find a wardrobe with mirrored doors and a cozy armchair for your first cup of coffee in the morning.
Want to watch TV in bed? No problem—the bedroom is also equipped with an internet-enabled SmartTV.
The shower and toilet are separate and have been updated to the latest standards since the renovation.

A small storage closet contains a microwave and a filter coffee maker, as well as cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.
You can safely store your bicycles in a lockable side room in the driveway. Here you also have the option to charge your e-bike batteries. You’ll receive a key to this room upon arrival.
You have access to your own patio in front of the house. In the evenings, it’s the sunniest spot on the property. You can use the patio chairs, patio table, umbrella, and a small grill.

Upon request, we’ll be happy to let you use the washing machine in the apartment’s basement. Additionally, by prior arrangement, you can charge your electric car at the wall box in the driveway.

We’re committed to sustainability!
You can sort your trash into general waste, recyclables, paper, and organic waste. Our chickens will be happy to eat your fruit and vegetable scraps. The vacation rental gets its electricity from its own rooftop solar panel system. If that isn’t enough, we purchase green electricity from the local utility company.
We heat the apartment in an eco-friendly way using a modern heat pump.

The shower and toilet are separate. Well-equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and a wallbox for charging your electric cars are also available.
