Idyllically surrounded by vineyards and apple trees, the comfortable vacation apartment "Kirchturm" welcomes you in the South Tyrolean municipality of Partschin at the foot of the Texelgruppe. The modern apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe and underfloor heating in each room, an electric fireplace and a TV. A baby crib, a children's bed and a highchair are provided upon request. A special luxury is the apartment's private sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and infrared heater. Here you can relax after an eventful day. Another highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace, which offers you a wonderful panoramic view over the village of Partschin with its church tower, the Merano countryside and the surrounding mountains. The house also has a terrace with sun loungers, which is available to all guests. The area around Partschin is ideal for hiking, biking and climbing. With the Texelbahn, which departs only 1.1km from the accommodation, you can reach the Gigglberg, and from there you can hike the popular Meraner Höhenweg. Also recommended is a trip to the Parcines Waterfall, 2.9km away, which has a drop height of 97m. The Burgstallknott climbing garden can be reached in 8 minutes (600m) on foot. The village center with some restaurants, cafes, a bakery and a supermarket is just a few minutes on foot (100m) from the apartment. The resort town of Merano is about 7.5km away and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.



Parking spaces are available on the property. A garage is also available for your car and bicycles.

Bed linen and towels as well as a weekly linen change are included in the price.

Pets are not allowed.
