This lakefront home offers a peaceful setting away from busy tourist areas while still being a short drive to Grove’s dining, shopping, and marinas. Guests love the balance of privacy, thoughtful design, and easy lake access.Boat ramp is 2/10 of a mile away from house. 2 dual outlets for a total of 4 plugs for boat charging on front of house. Home is located 2 miles from Expo Center/16th street ramp in Grove. Also 2 miles to downtown shopping, restaurants and Walmart.
