Texas/NASA themed house 5 min off of I-10 near the San Jacinto River. Solar powered w/ EV charger & back up battery earth friendly unit. Decorated with unique Texas antiques for a Houston centric stay. Features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen & pet friendly.
Minutes from Baytown, 20 min from Downtown Houston, 30 min to Kemah & NASA, 20 min to Extreme ATV Off Road Sports and Beach in Crosby. This is a 2 story duplex with both bedrooms upstairs. The units are very well seperated and insulated.
You will park on the grass driveway and plug your electric car into the EV charger. Inside, this side of the duplex has a comfortable Texas themed living room & chefs kitchen. Big laundry room with daybed & a desk. Full bathroom w/ tub downstairs. Upstairs in bedroom 1 there`s a comfy kingsized bed & in bedroom 2 it has a NASA themed twin over full bunkbed. Upstairs also has a full bath with walk in shower. On the landing upstairs there`s a full sized desk to sit at for working. Covered balcony completes the upstairs. Large front yard, large fenced in backyard with a covered porch and gas BBQ grill.
You will be leasing out the side without a garage. You will be given a door code to access the property for an independent private check-in.
We live about 20 minutes from this property and can usually come over in a timely manner if needed. We will try our best to address any issues but otherwise we will stay out of your way. There is an alarm that we can disable remotely or give you access to use. Exterior cameras in front and back and a doorbell camera.
The other unit is a 3 bedroom unit with an attached garage. It is fixed in a Beatles theme. If noone is staying there you may also use that driveway. We will let you know if it becomes booked during your stay.
These are the 5 important points from our rental agreement.
1) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly not allowed, and quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
2) Guest count includes visitors and overnight guests. With accurate input, your quote already includes $25/ per guest per night after the 10th guest. If the guest count increases, fees may apply. NOTE: $100 penalty for each unauthorized guest.
3) The security deposit is $500. That`s paid though Airbnb and fully refundable after check-out with no damages.
4) For full disclosure: We have RING cameras outside, and noise-aware sensors inside and outside. For guest privacy, there are no recording or monitoring devices inside the home.
5) Signed rental agreement. welcome call & ID are required. Rules are enforced including no smoking inside and no illegal activities.
