Welcome to Perle 28—your exclusive vacation home with a hot tub and sauna!

This modern vacation home was built in the Danish style in 2011 and features high-quality amenities. With approximately 100 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house is located on a low-traffic street in town—just 700 meters away, Großenbrode’s South Beach awaits you with a new promenade, restaurants, a water sports school, an events program, and playgrounds.

The house features 4 separate bedrooms with double and single beds. Four adventure-style sleeping areas (sleeping alcoves in loft-like attics) are available exclusively for children and teenagers: Climb up the built-in wall ladders into the cozy attics and sleep as if in a treehouse with a view of the living area.

There are 2 bathrooms to ensure a relaxing vacation: The larger bathroom features a bathtub, a sauna, a shower, and a hair dryer. The smaller bathroom has another shower and a washing machine.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area with a large dining table in the living room. Here, you can gather for delicious meals together, game nights, or to plan the day’s activities. A high chair is available for younger guests.

In the living room, the large corner couch and three cozy armchairs opposite the wood-burning stove provide plenty of space for cozy evenings and good conversation.
A flat-screen TV and a satellite TV and music system are available here for your entertainment as needed.

The spacious south-facing terrace, complete with sun loungers, a parasol, a dining table, and a private 350-square-meter lot, as well as a carport with a parking space right next to the house, round out the amenities.

Vacation stays for your dog can only be booked upon request for a fee of €10 per night.
