Welcome to your vacation rental 6-12!

This modern yet cozy vacation apartment with a direct view of the Baltic Sea is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of Building 6 in the "Vier Jahreszeiten" complex.

The bright bedroom, renovated in 2021, features two single beds (80×190 cm & 90×190 cm) arranged diagonally across the room, as well as a built-in closet. Thanks to the apartment’s corner location, the bedroom features two large windows equipped with blackout curtains, exterior blinds, and pleated shades. The modern reading lamps at the headboards are adjustable to different brightness levels.

In the living room, you’ll find a dining table for 3 people, a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 120 × 200 cm), a comfortable armchair, a coffee table, and a living room cabinet. The bright living area can be completely darkened using pleated shades as well as additional electric exterior blinds. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (32 inches), a compact stereo system, a video/DVD player, Wi-Fi access via a Fritzbox, various board games, and books.

The small built-in kitchen in the living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and hand blender—ideal even for a longer stay.

From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony, furnished with chairs, stools, a table, a parasol, and an electric awning, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. From here, you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening.

The interior shower room was also completely renovated in 2021 and sets the stylish tone for a wonderful day of vacation right from the morning. The high-quality fixtures include a shower with a glass wall, a wall-mounted toilet, a heated towel rack, a vanity cabinet with drawers, and an illuminated mirror cabinet with two electrical outlets.

You’ll find your own top-loading washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, cleaning supplies, and vacuum cleaner in the convenient storage room.

Is your dog simply part of the family—even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment!
Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators in each building and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee). The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.

The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
