Traumstrand Vacation Apartment

Located right next to the Warnemünde spa gardens, just about 5 minutes from the beach, our vacation apartments—Traumstrand, Sonnenstrand, and Wellenreiter—in the restored Wilhelminian-style villa at Wachtlerstr. 7/8 are available as a cozy vacation home. The apartments are easily accessible via the elevator located inside the building. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, and services are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Located on the mezzanine level, the approximately 34-square-meter, two-room “Traumstrand” apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a very nice shower room with a hair dryer, a French balcony (access), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and laminate flooring. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. Right next door, you’ll find the “Sonnenstrand” 3-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people. With this combination, up to 10 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation together. In the basement, you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee. There is a lockable bike storage room in the basement; e-bikes can be charged on-site.
The apartment is accessible via a ramp and elevator.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

One parking space in the Kurhaus underground garage, just a few steps away, is available to you free of charge.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here for a fee. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Please note: Pipe-laying work is currently taking place on the street in front of the building; this may cause noise and disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered service dog
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
- Dog/Traum-Sonnenstrand: €5.00 per night
