In order to access PH Casco View it is necessary to register with the following information:

1. Full names of each guest
2. ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
3. Estimated time of arrival

HOUSE RULES
• Take care of the FOB key card. It is required to access the building, elevators, and social areas. Keep it safe. A $30 fee applies for lost FOBs.
• Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the premises. No outside visitors permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• No parties or loud noises are allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
• Pets are not permitted without prior arrangements.
• Keep the air conditioning set at 20°C (68°F) or above.

SOCIAL AREA
The 6th floor features a co-working lounge and a saltwater pool, open from 8am to 11pm.

Kindly remember to turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment. Use the trash bins located on the East stairwell and recycle bins on the West stairwell on every other floor.
