You are renting a one bedroom (+ sofa bed), one bathroom apartment!
Our meticulously designed 45 m² (484 ft²) apartment invites you to unwind in elegance. With expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, you’ll be captivated by panoramic views of the historic old city, the breathtaking Pacific Ocean, and the vibrant modern skyline. Inside, discover top-tier finishes, including bespoke live-edge wood tables, luxurious hospitality Euro-top mattresses, and striking local photography that embodies the spirit of Panama.
Indulge in our signature Casco View Life Welcome Kit, featuring specialty coffee, local rum, and artisanal chocolates.
Your apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, premium bathroom amenities, modern appliances, a washer/dryer, ironing board, and hair dryer for your convenience.
*Note:
1. Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the premises.
2. This is a multiple-unit listing. Images are for reference and are very similar between apartments.
In order to access PH Casco View it is necessary to register with the following information:
1. Full names of each guest
2. ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
3. Estimated time of arrival
HOUSE RULES
• Take care of the FOB key card. It is required to access the building, elevators, and social areas. Keep it safe. A $30 fee applies for lost FOBs.
• Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the premises. No outside visitors permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• No parties or loud noises are allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
• Pets are not permitted without prior arrangements.
• Keep the air conditioning set at 20°C (68°F) or above.
SOCIAL AREA
The 6th floor features a co-working lounge and a saltwater pool, open from 8am to 11pm.
