Luxurious house in Park City's Historic Old Town, 1 block from PC Resort! Enjoy the ultimate ski vacation in this newly expanded and remodeled private home. Great for multiple families with kids, couples trip or family reunions. Lots of amazing outdoor space to enjoy in winter and summer. 3 minute walk to PC resort, 7 minute walk to Main Street. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom 3,300+ square feet house sleeps 15 in beds and 2 on a Queen size pullout. 5th bedroom is a bunk room sleeping 7 in beds.

No car is necessary, but if you want to rent one, the garage and drive can accommodate up to 4 cars. If you are too tired to walk after a long day of skiing the town bus stop is across the street on Park Avenue, which will take you into town as well as to Deer Valley and other amenities in town. Perfect for large families, families and friends with children or family reunions!

Hardwood floors throughout with 4 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances. 3 family rooms. Primary #1 en-suite has a King bed, 65" smart TV, a soaking tub, walk in shower and walk in closet with full laundry. Primary #2 en-suite has a king sized bed. large closet and full bath. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and full bath shared with bedroom #4. Bedroom #4, queen bed, 50" smart TV and large closet. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a very large bathroom. The 5th bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin beds and 2 full beds, queen pull out, sleeps 9. Large family room #3 has a large couch, gaming station, 55" Smart TV, full bathroom with a tub, walk in closet. 2nd laundry is located off of the bunk room.

Large porch with two porch/bed swings and a large patio in the back featuring a hot tub, and grill. For Summer: dining table seating 12, sectional couch seating 10 and small seating area for2.

3 family rooms have 55 - 60 inch TV's with one featuring a gas fireplace. All bedrooms have 50-65 inch Smart TV's. Sonos throughout house and WIFI.

After an amazing day on the slopes spend your evenings experiencing Main Street's fine dining, night life, shopping and more because Historic Main Street is just a short walk away or just relax by the fire and make dinner.

Also available during the amazing summer season, 1/2 block walk to the beautiful City Park (amenities: skate park, playgrounds, volleyball, baseball field, and picnic areas), or one block to Park City Resort to enjoy their summer festivities such as mountain biking and hiking or a round of miniature golf.

This was our second year staying in this home and it was just as good as the first. It's a great location with easy access to Park City Mountain (and bus to Canyons) and it's a short walk or bus ride to Main Street. Has been perfect for our group of 14 with 6 kids from ages 4-12. Host is very responsive, house is clean and well stocked. Will stay here again when in PC.

This is a great house! The location is a short walk to the Payday lift and walkable to downtown. The house itself is fully and luxuriously equipped with a great kitchen, large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, hot tub, and plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. By far the nicest place we've rented in Park City.

We had a great time in Park City and Jenā€™s house was fantastic! There are 5 large bedrooms and two sitting areas with a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub. Every detail in this house was exceptional and Jen was a perfect host. I would highly recommend this home. Hopefully we can return some day!

Fantastic Rental Property walkable to Park City Resort

This was the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. It was extremely well stocked across the board (linens, kitchen, bath toiletries, paper products and extras like coffee and water). The hot tub was a great bonus after a day of skiing! And the built-in bunk room was perfect for the kids.

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect for our family of 12, ranging from pre-teen to seniors. The house was spotless, incredibly well equipped, and provided plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect. A short walk to lifts or town. Plus, Jen is the best!

Great stay for skiers

The house is walking distance to many places downtown. The house is quite roomy and is quite large compared to the unimposing street-front view. The hosts thought of everything in furnishing delightful Christmas decor as well as supplies for cooking and meal preparation. Hope to stay again sometime!

Great ski trip

The house was amazing. Great location with a short walk to skiing, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The house was supplied with everything needed and more! Decor was beautiful and the beverage station and kitchen were filled with all the appliances and utensils to really enjoy our stay. It was our best two family ski trip yet and we would all highly recommend the house!

Beautiful house, very convenient location

We had 2 families staying at Jennifer's place over ski week. It's a very nice place - everything well laid out, high quality fittings etc. It feels like you're living in someone's home rather than a rental property.Jennifer was very friendly, generous and thoughtful throughout.The ski slopes are a short walk away - we had no problem getting our young kids to walk there each day in ski boots.Overall a great trip!

Fabulous property

There were 7 adults and 5 children and the house provided amble space for all us. Itā€™s a short walk to Park City resort area. The house had everything we needed. The amenities were outstanding. Itā€™s a great property that we would recommend to anyone looking for proximity to the slopes and downtown activities.

Awesome House, Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this house. It is even better in person than the pictures. The location is perfect and the house has absolutely everything you need. We had no issues at all and communication with Jennifer was very easy throughout the process. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Park City House

Simply a great property! Great location, easy walk to Park City Mountain Village and Main Street. House has everything, great kitchen and bar with every amenity you can imagine. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Place simply has a great feel to it. Jennifer was also fantastic to deal with and always available when needed. Iā€™ve been doing an annual ski trip for 10 years with a large group of friends and weā€™ll all agreed this is the best place weā€™ve stayed.

Charming Retreat

We rented this charming and cozy cabin for a week for our family of four. The cabin is well decorated and well stocked! Close to everything including downtown and the slopes. Jennifer made all aspects of the transaction simple. She even checked in midway through our trip to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for a wonderful week in PC!

Classy, convenient, comfortable

A stylishly decorated and well appointed home. It's a 3-minute, uphill walk to the slopes. About a mile from the middle of Main St. where there are many restaurant choices. Walk or drive depending on the weather. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We look forward to returning.

AMAZING!

This was the most outstanding VRBO experience. We had a family wedding in Park City and had a house full of family. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything you would need to enjoy PC in the summer. Jennifer was a great resource, immediately responsive to questions. Five stars is not a high enough rating. Great intown location.

Awesome Stay!

Jennifer is a tremendous host and our group of family and friends had a great time staying in the house! The ratings on this house are legitimate! We were down to ski and it worked perfectly to store our skis in the garage each night. The kitchen is very nicely stocked, making dining at the house quite easy. There is parking for 3 cars. We also appreciated the water filtration system, meaning less bottled water.

Wonderful house for a large group!

This house is perfect for a large group. We had two families with 7 kids total and a set of grandparents. It was awesome to be able to walk to and from slopes each day. The kids were between 8-17 years old. We valeted the skis at the mountain which helps. We Ubered to town each night for dinner, but the kitchen is well stocked to cook at home too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Awesome Home

We had seen your home during a prior trip to PC. My brother and his family had stayed there and thoroughly enjoyed it. We looked for it hoping to find it available and it was! This home is perfect for a family. From its beautiful furnishing and decor clear to its fully stocked kitchen the "little yellow house" has it all. Extremely convenient to the Park City Mountain Resort. The walk to the lifts takes no more than 7 minutes. The owner has thought of everything, so your stay will be comfortable and without issue. Highly recommend this awesome home!
